Photo taken from crest of mountain in Chiricahua National Monument in Arizona. A gorgeous “sky island” that sweeps upward of 7,000 feet from the flat grasslands and deserts surrounding it.

    I’ve been here! (I love seeing photos of places I’ve visited in the Villager blogs…). What a cool and beautiful place! This view makes the landscape look so soft!

    Wonderful how each “layer” of hills has a different color and texture. these vistas can be hard to capture, but you’ve done it perfectly.

    This actually reminds me a bit of the Smoky Mountains where I grew up. This is an amazing view and it’s captured wonderfully!
