Oak Leaves, Dripping

249. Rain, Rain, Go Away!

249. Rain, Rain, Go Away!

I took this earlier today in one of our nearby conservation parks. We’ve had a lot of rain the last two days, but the rain turned to snow about an hour ago. So far over an inch of accumulation.

So maybe I shouldn’t have been wishing for the rain to go away!

That’s not dripping, I remember dripping (You may have called it Lard) No-one would eat it now it is SOO politically Incorrect that I am sure you could be arrested. But as kids we used to just spread it on a slice of bread to tide us over until dinner – Delicious even caught mum eating it on guilty occasions. Sorry bout the nostalgia rant Lovely damo leaves you have there but my mind is still back with the dripping Oh and Black Pudding too they reckon that will kill you too but Heaven – Now look what you’ve started.

Lovely catch of the drips, very nice warm tones to the oak leaves hanging on. Careful what you wish for I guess

Beautiful! The colors are great, the water droplets are crisp and clear. I can almost feel the drips as I walk under the branch…
